USF Group Fitness Schedule

Take a USF St. Petersburg group fitness class if you are looking for a fun way to keep in shape. There are many group fitness classes offered by the campus recreation department, including Yoga and Total Body Strength. USF instructors are certified to teach classes for all levels of fitness. Microsoft Teams will allow group fitness classes to be accessed remotely via Microsoft Teams. You can view the schedule for upcoming classes on the USF Online Member Portal. Register in the Campus Recreation Center's lobby. Or go online. Registering opens at least 25 hours before class starts. You need to cancel your registration no later than 15 minutes before the class starts so that there are still participants. Otherwise, the $5 class fee will be charged to your credit card and your registration will remain on hold until cancelled.
